How much water should i get?

Give us a call and we'll help you decide how much water you'll need for your family or employee wellness program.   Factors to consider include how many people in your home or workplace,  the number or children vs adults, amount and intensity of physical activity and  other available safe water sources.  Seasonality plays an important role in water usage which is why we offer  service is "on demand".    Adjustments to how much we deliver can be made any time by leaving a note for your driver, emailing or calling the office. 


how do I start service?

Give us a call to set up an appointment.  After we learn how much water you need,  we'll come out with your cooler,  your initial order and delivery calendar. 


what if I need more water?

Your water needs may fluctuate depending on the number of people in the household and the season.   Our  service is "on demand".  When your needs change,  just leave a note for your driver or give us a call to request more or less water.  


How do bottle deposits work?

 Bottle Deposits - Our 3 gallon and 5 gallon bottles are returnable/reusable. In order to ensure bottles are returned to our facilities we charge a non-tax, refundable $6.00 per bottle deposit.  These deposits are paid up front and thereafter we simply exchange your empty bottle for full bottles of water. If you purchase more bottles than you are returning, you will be charged additional refundable deposits. Conversely, if you return more empty bottles than the full bottles you have purchased, you will receive a credit on your account.   


Why would i have a leaky bottle?

It's important when moving bottles that they be placed carefully on the ground.  Failing to do so may cause a crack or leak in the bottle. 


Occasionally, unnoticeable stress cracks develop in our bottles during delivery  to our facilities.  We do our best to catch those and remove them from our inventory before they reach you.  Unfortunately, those cracks are often unnoticeable until you open the bottle and put it on your dispenser, where gravity and the pressure - equalization process cause the bottles to leak. 


WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE A LEAKY BOTTLE?

If you have a leaky bottle, please remove it immediately and set it in an area that will not be damaged if it continues to leak. Before you replace the bottle look inside the reservoir (small container of water inside the cooler) to see if it is full. If so, the problem is solely with the bottle and you can safely put a new bottle on the cooler. If the reservoir is empty, there may be a problem with the dispenser. If that is the case, do not put another bottle on and contact our office for a replacement. Your water will be replaced at not charge.
